How long is each session?

All sessions are 55 minutes, giving you plenty of time to heat up, cool down, and soak up the river views.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes – our sauna is intimate and spots are limited. Book ahead online to secure your session.

What do I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in – most guests wear swimwear or light activewear. A towel is a must!

Is there a minimum age to use the sauna?

Yes, guests must be 18 years or older to use Drift Saunas.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session to check in, change, and get settled. Late arrivals may shorten your session time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules made 12 hours before your session are fully refundable. Later changes may forfeit your booking fee.

Are there any health restrictions?

If you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, or other medical concerns, we recommend checking with your doctor before using the sauna.

What if I feel unwell during a session?

Listen to your body – step outside, cool off, or let our team know if you need help.

Will the sauna move during my session?

Our sauna is safely secured to the pontoon, giving you a stable, floating experience right on the river.

Can I swim during my session?

Absolutely – river dips are encouraged! Please just be mindful of safety and other guests.

Do you provide water or refreshments?

We’ve got cold drinking water on-site. Feel free to BYO non-alcoholic drinks.
